Buffalo Shrimp Rounds

Ingredients
4 stalks celery, leaves removed and reserved1lb shrimp, peeled and deveined3Tbs Buffalo wing hot sauce24 sesame Melba toast rounds1/2 c. blue cheese dressing
Directions
Slice celery diagonally ito 1/4" thick pieces; hop reserved leaves. In saucepot, cook shrimp in boiling water 4 mins., or until just opaque. Drain; rinse with cold water. In bowl, combine shrimp, hot sauce, 2 Tbs. chopped celery leaves and 1/2 tsp. salt. Top each Melba round with small dollop blue cheese dressing.Top with celery slice,another dollop of dressing and shrimp.
