1/4 cup ground flax1 tsp baking powder2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp coconut oil1 egg1 packet stevia or truvia
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a mug and microwave for 50 seconds.
Allow to cool to a safe temperature and enjoy!

    Good basic start. A little dry and not much flavor. I used pure stevia as packets with add in have an aftertaste to me.
    Next time will add banana or applesauce with more cinnamon.
