Ingredients
Main 225gr macaroni200 gr vienna sausages cut into 1cm slices250gr low fat cheese1/3 cup unsalted peanuts3 large stalks of celery chopped2T minced onion1/3 cup minced green pepper1/3 cup fried sliced onionSauce1/2 cup mayonaisse1/2 cup creampinch cayenne pepperpinch salt1Tsp tomato sauce
Directions
boil pasta till cooked to your liking rinse and let cool
add all other main ingredients

blend sauce ingredients and add to main ingredients
put in fridge for a few hours then serve with a green mixed salad
