*Market Basket Hashbrowns (Shredded), 3 cup(remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 400 grams(remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes(remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp(remove)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 16 oz(remove)Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 4 cup(remove)
Pat hash browns onto bottom of pan, pour melted butter over. Cook in 400 F until brown. Take out of oven , and add sauteed mushroom-tomato mix. Sprinkle cheese over quiche, then pour liquid eggs on top. Bake at 350 F for approx. 30 mins.
