Saucy Skillet Lasagne

1 lb, (450 g) extra lean ground beef1 pkg (225 g) sliced mushrooms1 onion, chopped1 clove garlic, minced1 bell pepper, chopped2 1/2 cups pasta sauce1/2 cup of water6 oven-ready lasonge noodles1 1/2 cups Kraft 4 cheese Italiano Light Shredded Cheese1/4 cup parmesan grated cheese
first four ingredients in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 8-10 mintes stiring freguntly
add peppers, cook 2 minutes or until crisp tender, stiring frequently
stirl in sauce and water
bring to boil; cover
simmer on medium-low heat 5 minutes, stiring occasionally
remove from heat and reserve 4 cups sauce
break 3 lasonge noodles into 1-2 inch pieces, spread over remaining sauce in skillet
top with 1/2 cup shredded cheese and 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
cover with 2 cups of reserved sauce and remaining noodles
repeat layers of cheeses and sauce
top with remaining shredded cheese, cover
simmer on medium-low heat 20 minutes
remove from heat and let stand uncovered for 5 minutes
Serving Size: makes 6 servings, 1 wedge (258 g) each
