Gelatin Ice Cream

Ingredients
1 Packet Unflavored gelatin (1Tblsp)1/2 cup cold water1/2 cup boiling water1 cup sugar2 cups milk1 cup powdered milk2 eggs2 tsp vanilla(For chcolate, add 1/4 - 1/2 cocoa (taste prefrence) 1-2 cups of sugar (also taste prefrence)
Directions
When ice cream is frozen, break into pieces.
Put into mixing bowl, whip until smooth, and return to freezer.
