Spring Pastels Lite Cupcakes

1 Pkg White Cake Mix (2 layer size, any brand)Diet Sprite or 7-UP soda 10 ouncesSugar Free Jello LEMON 1/4 cup (half-3oz pkg)Sugar Free Jello LIME 1/4 cup (half-3oz pkg)Sugar Free Jello STRAWBERRY 1/4 cup (half-3oz pkg)Cool Whip Fat Free or Lite 1 container
In large bowl stir together cake mix & diet soda until smooth, then divide batter into 3 separate bowls.
Add dry Jello mix flavor, one to each of the 3 bowls and
stir until color is even. In a paper lined muffin tin add about 2 TBLSP of EACH color batter to each cup, do NOT stir together. Bake 18-21 mins. Cool completely.
Just before serving, add dollop of Cool Whip,sprinkle a little of the leftover Jello powder on top for decoration.
