1 cup dannon fit & trip vanilla yogurt1 banana1 cup frozen blue berries1 cup frozen black berries1 orange
put every thing in to your blender or food processer and blend until smooth. divide into 3 glasses and serve with a spoon. it is the consistancy of a milk shake with the frozen fruit used. you can exchange differnt fruits if you would like. enjoy
