Jeannie Pulled Pork

Ingredients
4 1/2 lbs pork loin2 onions chopped1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 cup water
Directions
place chopped onion in bottom of crockpot. add roast-sprinkle with salt and pepper, top with remaining onions and top with 1 cup water. Let it cook until meat is tender and falls apart - 6-7 hrs. Take meat out shred, put aside. Drain liquid leaving just a little in the bottom for juice. Place meat back in crockpot. Add one 18oz bottle of Sweet Baby Rays Honey Chipotle Barbecue Sauce and let cook another hour. Serve on bun or over rice. Easy.
