flank steak, brown sugar, garlic, ginger root, oil, soy sauce
mix all ingredients except steak until well blended. put flank steak in a gallon sized plastic bag and pour marinade in with steak. marinate in refridgerator at least 8 hours, but the more the better! cook on grill med high heat until preferred doneness.
