Soy sauce 6 tbsp Honey, 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar, 2 tspGinger, ground, 1 tsp Garlic, minced, 1 tsp Sesame Oil, .5 tspMori-Nu, Tofu, silken, extra firm, 1 pkg, cubedGreen onions, 1 bunch, cut in 1 inch piecesOlive Oil, Extra Virgin, 1 tbs Stirfry Vegetables, 6 cups
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Blend first 6 ingredients until smooth. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray. Place tofu in a single layer and pour 1/2 of soy sauce mixture over tofu. Bake 30 minutes. Saute onions in olive oil for 1 minute. Add remaining vegetables and remaining soy sauce mixture. Stir fry for 5 minutes. Add cooked tofu and toss. May serve with hot rice or pasta.
