No Bake Shakeology Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup of Chocolate Shakeology1 cup of Natural Peanut Butter1 cup of Quick Cook Oats1/3 cup of honey
Directions
First, remove any rings you’re wearing and wash your hands really well. Then combine ingredients in medium bowl. Mix well. Roll into balls (about a heaping teaspoon each).

Store in the fridge on wax paper.

Optional: Roll in crushed nuts, oatmeal mixed with a little cinnamon, whole-grain graham cracker crumbs, or unsweetened coconut flakes.

Serving Size: 24 small-snack sized balls OR 12 large-meal sized balls

    Just made these and they are great! I love Chocolate and Peanut Butter!!! I added in some chopped almonds, chocolate chips and peanut butter chips. I used 50/50 agave nectar and honey! They don't look anything like the picture but that doesn't bother me! My daughter loves them too! - 1/11/15

    Loved it!!! I ended up using Agave Nectar because I did not have honey!! And I used crunchy natural peanut butter for that extra crunch!! - 1/1/13
