3 Bean chili with pork ( Slow cooker)

Ingredients
1 medium Uncooked onion2 cloves garlic cloves1 tbsp chili powder1 tsp dried oregano1 small jalapeno1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1.5 lbs of pork loin fat trimmed15 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed15 oz pinto beans drained and rinsed1 cup tomato puree ( I used the full 29 oz big can)20 0z can diced tomato with green pepper celery and onion, undrained.6 oz. tomato paste
Directions
Combine onion, garlic, mushrooms, chili powder, oregano, jalapeno, salt and pepper in a slow cooker, stir. Add remaining ingredients and stir again.

Cook on high setting so the ingredients reach a safe temp, you can reduce to low after 3 or 4 hours if you prefer. Makes 10 1 cup servings
