So good! I started with frozen chicken because I'm lazy and it came out so juicy and delicious. I love meals that cook themselves. This one is idiot proof too. Leftovers are delicious as well! - 12/16/10

I had this for dinner tonight and added onions, shredded lettuce and a little bit of reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar, and 1 taco filled me up! It was delicious! - 1/24/10

DH and I really enjoyed this dish. DS thought it was too watery and didn't think it tasted like a taco. I cooked for 8 hours in the crock pot and that was too much. Chicken was a bit overcooked. - 1/25/12

Oh my, this was SO good! I used bone-in breasts with the skin and seared them in a pan before adding to the crockpot to give them some dimension. I discarded the bones and skin when I shredded it and let the shredded meat cook in the juice for another hour, to let it absorb the flavor. Thanks!!! - 3/11/11
