This was really good - I actually ditched the tortilla nad just had everything on lettuce. I made the taco seasoning to avoid all the sodium - there is a great homemade recipe on SP and you usually have all the spices already in the house. - 2/11/10

This is so, so good!!! I am amazed something so easy and simple to prepare is this delicious! Thanks for the recipe!

JENNMC77 - I rinsed and drained the beans, not the tomatoes, and I used the full 3/4 C of water. I let it simmer until the liquids boiled off to the consistency I like for tacos.

Very easy & very tasty, but I found the liquid to be way too much. I even used 2/3 cup instead of the 3/4 and partially drained the beans & tomatoes, but it was still too liquidy & never got to the consistency I typically like for tacos. I'll definitely make again but I'll cut the water way down. - 5/6/09

Those were delicious. I will be making those again and again. I didn't do the beans. But did serve some on the side. Fabulous!!! - 4/5/10

Really enjoyed these. Did leave out the beans because I don't care for them. Added Greek yogurt - yum! - 3/19/10
