Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I mixed ground venison with the turkey, used my own no sodium spices.
I used just the lettuce, no shell so good and way less calories
Ditched the packaged taco mix and made my own. really good. Family loved it and cut down on the sodium!
Great meal. Quick & easy just as its titled. I made my own taco seasoning to cut back on sodium. We like spice so I also added red pepper flakes & a few dashes of hot sauce. Used habanero cheese & added jalapeņos to our taco. PERFECT!! Will make again.
SO GOOD!! I also drained and rinsed the beans, and used low sodium taco seasoning. Tacos are my favorite, so I'm very happy to have found this recipe! This will definitely be a regular at our house!
These Soft Taco's were absolutely delicious! The only change I made was to make my own low sodium Taco Seasoning from a recipe on this site. My entire family loved these Taco's. Thank you so much for sharing.
This was really good - I actually ditched the tortilla nad just had everything on lettuce. I made the taco seasoning to avoid all the sodium - there is a great homemade recipe on SP and you usually have all the spices already in the house.
I love this recipe! I use chili powder and cumin instead of taco seasoning to cut down on the sodium content.
This ones even better with Chef Megs homemade taco seasoning. It really cuts the sodium content
Looks super, I love the black beans in there more protein!
