Moist sweet bread with no added fat. Can be made into muffins or loafs (baking time will be less for muffins). Lots of fiber and low-fat.

This is one of my favorite comfort foods! I took a low-fat recipe and adjusted to make it even healthier and tastier (and easier!)! Moist and delicious and perfect warm with a bit of peanut butter smeared on top! Yum! Enjoy!
