My wife and I love Wendy's Mandarin Salad. She is a diabetic so I had to come up with some thing she could eat. This tastes just as good with out all the sugar. Enjoy.

chicken breast and tuna are mixed together with ranch packet seasoning and italian dressing along with chick peas for texture, black olives, a little cheese and it makes for a great lunch without bread. You can eat it on crackers, bread, sandwich thins or without anything.
