Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Forgot to pick up vanilla yogurt; used Oikos Triple Zero Cherry Flavored instead. Replaced raisins with reduced sugar craisins. Cut the serving to snack-size.
Simple, easy, healthy and tasty - perfect combo. I too used non-fat yogurt. I would have it again.
This is good. The calorie calculations are off though. I added 6.5 oz of chicken so I recalculated calories and it came out with 256 per portion. I used 6 oz. yoplait light vanilla yogurt and 1/4 cup walnuts and raisins. I think this recipe calculated 1/2 cup walnuts and raisins?
I use fat free Vanilla yogurt, and a couple of dashes
of cinnamon. Save some calories, increase flavor.
I will try this but it has a lot of carbs, not sure it is safe for me to eat. Any suggestions?
Great Salad, I make one just like it but use a combo of Raisins & Craisins & non or low fat greek plain yogurt. I've also added Turkey.
I add a dash of nutmeg to this or sometimes use low fat Miracle Whip and nutmeg if I don't have yogurt on hand. Delicious!
:-) I found your recipe only because I had just finished entering the same one on the Spark Recipe site & it showed yours as a possible duplicate. I just made this today & it is great. I made with fat-free yogurt.
I've never had a salad like this before and I am so glad I did!! I can't wait to share it with my friends tomarrow!!

I only had nonfat plain yogurt so I added a little bit of vanilla extract and unsweetened applesauce. Tastes good to me!
What a nice salad for a change of pace. The chicken makes it more of a meal. Calories and sodium are in a good range, a little high on the carbs but that's because f all the fruit. Good way to get your daily allowance!
