If you are gluten-free like me, you should know how hard it is to find a recipe for gluten-free tortillas that bend without breaking; that are big enough to actually wrap around something; and that taste like flour tortillas! Well look no further... here it is!Submitted by MRS_MORRIS
My family loves pasta salad for picnics. Since I haven't been eating pasta as part of my diet, I would just make it and do without. Well, for Labor Day, I realized I didn't have pasta and decided to use some quinoa I had in the pantry. This is tasty, nutty and HEALTHY!! Your family will most likely NOT miss their pasta. Add green and red pepper, chopped onion, small diced broccolli and cauliflower, cucumber and any garden fresh veggie to make even better!Submitted by JOEKNEE

There are tonnes of recipes on the web for low-calorie coleslaw .. this one is creamier, tasier and yummier than anyone I have found.
I love creamy coleslaw with BBQ and tried every kind without mayo but kept coming missing the creaminess. This one satisfies my cravings! I shredd the cabbage myself and find it tastes so much fresher than buying the pre-shredded bagged variety. Try it and see.Submitted by FITNESSFOODIE
