Ingredients

    Dressing:
    1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1 1/2 teaspoons olive or canola oil mayonnaise
    1 1/2 tablespoons fat-free Greek yogurt
    Dash teaspoon hot sauce
    1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice

    1/2 (12 ounce) bag rainbow slaw*
    1 Granny Smith apple, sliced into matchsticks or grated with a box grater

    * This variety had broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and cabbage.

Tips

This dish tastes better the longer it sits, so make it up to a couple of days ahead.
Use any leftovers on a sandwich thin with pork tenderloin or chicken topped with BBQ sauce.
