Introduction

Ingredients

    Avocados, California (Haas), 2 fruit without skin and seeds
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 Italian tomato
    *Onion, red, .5 cup
    *Cilantro Leaves, 1 cup
    Feta Cheese, 4 oz
    1/4 c. olive oil
    *Pompeian Red Wine Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    *Kosher Salt, 1 tsp
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp

Directions

Combined the choped avocado, chopped tomatoes and onion in a bowl . Mix gently. Stir in the Cilantro. Add feta cheese, olive oil, vinegar, cumin and salt. Mix until combined. Chill, covered in frig. Serve with pita wedges, tortilla chips or crosini. Serves 20

    OMG--this was awesome! Made the recipe exactly but added a little lime juice to keep the avocados from turning. No need--four of us devoured it, so no leftovers. Served it on thinly sliced baguette slices and some pita chips. This one is definitely a keeper! - 7/13/11

    This was incredibly tasty!!! I loved the taste of the avocados with the cheese and tomato. The cumin seeds give it a nice edge..overall yummy!!I'll make it again! - 11/28/10
