Introduction

Delicious tuna salad without mayo! Delicious tuna salad without mayo!
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    2 (12 oz) cans chunk tuna in water, drained & flaked
    1 cup fat free Greek yogurt
    1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
    2 tbsp spicy sweet jalapeno relish
    2 tbsp dill relish
    1 tsp Garam Masala
    1 tsp Dill weed, dried
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    0.50 tsp Garlic powder
    2 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
    1/2 cup red bell pepper
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
    2 boiled eggs, whites only, chopped fine
    1 tsp kosher salt
    1 tsp black pepper


Directions

Drain cans of tuna and place in medium mixing bowl. Flake tuna with fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Enjoy!
