This hearty soup is super easy to prepare but packed with flavor. Change up the flavor by swapping in your favorite sausage.
Submitted by TODD717This meal comes together SUPER fast! A very hearty dish that goes great with a salad. It's also versatile--add additional vegetables or even a can of drained and rinsed cannellini beans for more protein.

Submitted by JASONZThis is one of my favorite soups! Slightly sweet with a kick! The chipotle en adobo peppers can be found at a regular grocery store where the authentic mexican ingredients are. They are in a can and only one pepper is plenty for this whole pot of soup.

This is a fantastic way to sneak veggies into your kids. I HATE cauliflower and cabbage and I love this soup. Very little prep time, 4 ingredients, and <1 gm of fat.
I fell in love with tzatziki the first time I tried it and was on a quest to find the recipe that included those ingredients that pleased my particular palate best. This recipe is low-fat, high-protein, nutritious, smooth, Mediterranean, refreshing, light, and hopefully the best you've ever had!
Submitted by KEEPITMOVINGA concoction I created in 2008 during the first Monday Night Football Game.
Submitted by SHREKKCThis recipe came from the chicken enchilada recipe I submitted earlier. I didn't need to make that many chicken enchiladas, so I made this up to make a slightly different meal. I used the remaining sauce from the chicken enchilada recipe, then added the remaining chicken and added the chicken broth.
Submitted by SKEYDOOYou will never guess that the dressing is oil-free and packed with three cups of greens, zucchini and avocado! I call it great green dressing.
Submitted by CHEF_MEGDelicious served hot with toasted bagel or pita chips and can also be served as a cold dip.

This is a great way to have your pizza and eat it, too! You don't get the pleasure of thick crust, but the flavor is fantastic and it's very quick to make!!
