Banana Pineapple Muffins - Aloha Muffins
This was originally made as a loaf but adapted to lower calories and fat and to make healthier with the removal of half the butter and the addition of applesauce. Also, the flour was changed to half all purpose and half whole wheat. you could use all whole wheat if you like. They freeze well.
