Ingredients

    1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    2.0 tsp Baking Powder
    0.5 tsp Salt
    0.5 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    2.75 oz Silk cashew milk unsweetened
    0.3 cup Canola Oil
    1.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.5 cup, shredded Coconut, raw
    0.5 cup Dole - Crushed Pineapple in 100% Pineapple Juice

Directions

Blend oil, milk, banana. Combine dry ingredients. Mix blended ingredients, coconut, pineapple, dry ingredients til just mixed. Bake 375 for 17 to 20 mins
