Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cup Flour, white
    2 cup Granulated Sugar
    240 gram(s) Kirkland Signature Chocolate Chips (Costco) (30 pieces/15g) (by HOPIEPOKIE)
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Salt
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    2 cup, mashed Banana, fresh
    1.25 cup Dole - Crushed Pineapple in 100% Pineapple Juice
    16 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil

Directions

3 cups all purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup chocolate chips (or raisins)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs
2 cups mashed bananas (about 5 medium)
1 1/4 cups crushed, undrained pineapple
1 cup vegetable oil

In large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, chocolate chips, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

In separate bowl, beat eggs; stir in bananas, pineapple and oil until blended. Add all at once to dry ingredients; stir just until moistened.

Spoon into large greased muffins.

Bake at 350 degree F. oven for 30 minutes or until tops are firm to the touch and toothpick comes out clean.
