Blueberry orange protien smoothie
as long as your not a calorie counter you will love this recipe, Inever use recipes for smoothies I've always made my own. Oh I almost forgot, I added some stonyfield strawberry yogurt with a tablespoon or two of milk. I like to use this in the morning before I go to Ballet it's a good for calories and protien which are good for energy and endurence.Have fun with this and feel free to tailor it to your needs and likes:)
