Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I only used water, frozen blueberries, partial frozen whole orange. Turned on the Vitamix & gave it a whirl. Added a few Tablespoons of non fat cool whip. Yummy!
I make a lot of smoothies but never thought of mixing blueberries with orange. Sounds delicious and will be tried this week! I usually blend frozen strawberries with lowfat milk and banana which is simple but great. Sometimes I add cinnamon and occasionally a little honey
great recipe: I added two teaspoons of protein powder. Didn't get hungry til lunch time.
I used a handful of fresh blueberries, 5 fresh strawberries, 1/2 c Tropic50 orange juice (1/2 the sugar & cals), 1/2 c skim mik, 1 c ice, and 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla Slimfast shake powder. I've been drinking this thick, creamy smoothie for 2 months. It satisfies my sweet tooth!
I have not tried the recipe, but I have noticed that in the Nutritional Information, the sugar content is missing. Thanks.
I chilled 1 whole orange overnight and used that instead of OJ. Plus I added a scoop of protein to give it an extra boost! Delisious! Thanks for the recipe!!!
I loved the tip to use dates bcus splenda and sucrose allergies. I dragged the blender out & will never put it back. Fills me up when I get that "sweet craving" plus fiber. Pears with Yoplait peach yogurt & handful of Quaker oatmeal. Delicious!
Wonderful I was looking for low calorie low carb smoothies...cut orange juice out and put a drop of orange essential oil in?
I used this receipe for the base of smoothie as I just wanted a single serving. I used 1/2 C frozen blueberries, 1/2 C 1% milk, 1/2 C yogurt, dash of vanilla, and 1single splenda. 146 calories. Very refreshing!
