Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I make this often, with either fresh or frozen berries, but instead of yogurt, I use and have fallen in love with low-cal Kefir. It has more protein and less calories, and is milder than yogurt. Love it.
Thanks, this is about half the carbs I would normally have for breakfast and I don't have to worry about eggs! Letting it sit overnight is great for the flavor :)

Quick and easy. I used blueberries and low-fat vanilla yogurt. Delicious!
Um, sorry, but not seeing how this is low-carb.
I make this every day but with 6oz fat-free Greek yogurt (Fage), 1/2 c wild blueberries and 28 almonds. It comes in at 300 calories.
I use non-fat yogurt and add a litte Splenda
