Ingredients

    One Medium banana
    One cup frozen blueberries
    one granny smith apple
    one orange
    six ice cubes

Directions

Add all ingredients into your blender and blend until the consistency you want. You could freeze the banana and orange beforehand if you wanted it thicker.

Serving Size: Makes one whole serving for breakfast, with a little too much carbs. Or you could have half and have something else with it.
