Introduction

This is something I learned at Weight Watcher's a very long time ago. It tastes just like an ice cream sandwich and so many less calories! This is something I learned at Weight Watcher's a very long time ago. It tastes just like an ice cream sandwich and so many less calories!

Ingredients

1 rectangle graham cracker-honey plain or cinnamon
    2 TBS Cool Whip Free

Directions

Spread cool chip on one half of graham cracker. Top with the other half. Place in freezer for about an hour(longer if you can wait!) I make a lot at a time and keep a bag of them in the freezer. Always ready for snack and not guilty about it!
I also use the chocolate graham crackers and they are great!

I add a tsp of vanilla to the cool whip!
    Variations:
Strawberry Sandwiches- mix 1 6oz container light strawberry yoplait yogurt with cool whip and use chocolate, honey or cinnamon grahams.
Lemon Pie- mix 1 crystal light "on the go" lemonade drink mix packet with cool whip and use honey grahams.

I did make these and they were good but Ididn't like the consistency of the cool whip. I looked at the ingredients and discovered it is full of transfat. An alternative is Hip Whip which I found at the health food store. Take care everybody!

I used chocolate graham crackers. Dissolved small pkg of sugar free lime jello in 1/4 c water, cooled, added coolwhip and then made sandwiches from the lime flavored coolwhip (Awesome!) Will make with orange jello next time. - 1/23/09

These were great, I wanted a little more flavor so I got some light mint chocolate chip ice cream, so i used a tbsp of fat free whip topping, a tbsp of the ice cream and then fat free honey graham crackers, all in all about 150 Calories for 2, completely delicios! - 4/5/09

These are so good! I wanted some more flavor so I mixed in cocoa powder into the cool whip ( a little labor intensive but worth it). I used reduced fat graham crackers too. - 6/4/09
