Nutrition & Calorie Comments

cool whip is full of trans fat no thanks~
DH is diabetic so I used a tablespoon of his sugar free chocolate ice cream instead of the cool whip since I don't like the ingredients in it. It was delicious with the ice cream too.
I use sugar-free pudding too.
I make these sometimes as well except I use Reddi Whip (regular, extra creamy, or fat free) for a substitute of Cool Whip. It's healthier, 15 calories for 2 tablespoons and the fat free Reddi Whip is only 5 calories for two tablespoons. It's pricier but far better for you and much more tasty!
These were sooooo good! I crave sweet things like most people and these are such a good alternative! I used the chocolate graham crackers and fat free cool whip which makes for little under 100 calories per sandwich with 4 Tbsp of cool whip. I will add cocoa to the cool whip for chocolate flavored.
These are great! My husband and I both substitute these for higher-calorie dessert choices, and it is just enough to satisfy my sweet tooth without ruining my day.
Tip- Chocolate Graham crackers make them even more like the ice cream sandwiches we loved as children, but all flavors are yummy!
I made with reduced fat graham crackers and 1 tablespoon of red velvet ff/sf yogurt. It's very good, and cheaper than regular ice cream.
ahh thank you so much for this idea! this is the best go-to snack when you want something easy quick crunchy and creamy. sometimes i even spread a thin layer of peanut butter on one side for that extra protein. yumm yum kids and the guys love it too :) i use fat free cool whip and choc gram ommgggg
Cool Whip also makes, French Vanilla, Strawberry, and Chocolate Cool Whip, It's still lower in fat & calories, then any icecream. lot of choices.....Yum !
These are great! I made with fat free honey grahams and added a sprinkle of sugar free strawberry jello...yummy
Now I am trying with choc, graham crackers with mashed banana and cool whip...will let you know how they turnout.
try it with fat free chocolate grahams and cool whip free and you will decrease the fat to almost 0!
Great idea for those of us who want to munch on something all the time. Not that many calories so you don't have to feel bad.
These are wonderful! A great alternative to the high fat treats! Thanks:)
These are so good! I wanted some more flavor so I mixed in cocoa powder into the cool whip ( a little labor intensive but worth it). I used reduced fat graham crackers too.
These were great, I wanted a little more flavor so I got some light mint chocolate chip ice cream, so i used a tbsp of fat free whip topping, a tbsp of the ice cream and then fat free honey graham crackers, all in all about 150 Calories for 2, completely delicios!
