    125.0 gram(s) Nordica lactose free Cottage cheese
    0.5 slice, thin Onions, raw
    0.25 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    0.25 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips
    3.0 slice Cucumber (peeled)
    1.0 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    1.0 dash Pepper, black
    0.5 dash Salt
    0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
