Isn't FatFree Sour Cream THE BEST!!!!! I use it in everything when I want a creamy texture without the calories. Its great for salad dressing too! This was a great dish. I did add garlic and other seasoning though.
It sounds like a good recipe and I would like to try. If you use beef stock instead of beef broth you can control the salt. Beef stock has no added salt you add your own if you wish. I use it all the time. Beef broth has sodium in it.
This was very good! I added some Jane's Crazy Mixed-Up Salt to the mix before I let it simmer and put it over Yolk-Free Egg noodles! Delicious, and keeps wonderfully!
I left out the mushrooms, but kept everything else the same. Very tasty, but not as much gravy/sauce as I am used to. We served it over egg noodles. All but one child enjoyed it. Great, low calorie meal.
This easy to prepare and delicious. I used fat free beef broth. Peas ur brocolli would be good.
This was excellent; I added 1 can evap milk, 1 tsp corn starch & a little garlic salt, and it was so tasty & creamy. Finally I made something that my husband loved. This is good over ANYTHING! Good, good! Uummmmmm!
Have made this before and is excellent.....MARPARMC, instead of griping someone out and looking foolish, do some research on the site, there is a conversion calculator available for all members to use under the Nutrition section of Healthy Lifestyle
Love that it is so low in calories and sodium. Added garlic to make it tasty.
At 129 calories a serving , you could even eat 2 servings and still stay within your calorie range of this delicious sounding recipe.
sounds good.. I going to serve it over brown basmati and wild rice.. the sodium look low,, is the beef broth sodium free? thanks so much..
This was amazing! However, the serving size is extremely small. One serving only ends up being probably about a 1/2 - 2/3 cup. One serving will not be enough for a meal. I tried making it a second time with Quorn instead of turkey, and that saved a lot of calories and tasted just as good.
This was so delicious. I served it over low calorie egg noodles. I also added lots of garlic salt for flavour.
Excellent recepie, but lacks a little flavour. Next time I make it I will add more spices like garlic for flavour and peas for more nutrition and colour.
