Nutrition & Calorie Comments

It was OK, but I think it would have tasted a lot better without the brown sugar. Too sweet IMHO.
It was pretty good and I will definitely make this again! I made some changes though. I used the no salt added tomato sauce to reduce the sodium. I also cut the olive oil in half and added 3 TBSP of Flax seed for the Omega 3 and Fiber. I only had dehydrated onion, I'd rather have used fresh.
Use less oil, sugar and Heinz low sugar ketchup and 92% lean turkey.
maybe shouldn't rate with 5 stars b/c I didn't follow this exactly. I subbed the ketchup with tomato sauce. I did use 2 lbs meat so I added 4 tbsp ketchup, and 3 tbsp bbq sauce. Didn't add brown sugar. It rocked! Can't wait til supper tonight for the leftovers.
This was wonderful! I used a cup of tomato sauce instead of ketchup and cooking spray instead of the oil. it reduced the fat from 17 to almost 4.otherwise it was sooooooo good!
