Joan's Strawberry Banana Coconut Oatmeal

Ingredients
Quick Oats 3/4 c.1 Banana Medium, FreshLite Coconut Milk 3/4 c.Baker's Angel Flake Coconut Sweetened, 1 tbspStrawberries, fresh, 1.2 cup, halves Coconut extract, .5 tsp Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp
Directions
1. Make the oatmeal according to package directions
2. Mash banana, stir in
3. Slice strawberries, stir in, reserving some to garnish the top with
4. Cook until fruit is soft
5. Remove from heat, stir in extracts
6. Divide into two bowls, sprinkle with coconut flakes and spread strawberry slices over the top

Serving Size: Serves 2 (but makes a huuuuuge serving)
