tomato and olives over mashed potatoes

Ingredients
1 can sliced black olives 1 can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom soup1 can diced tomatoes1 pouch single serve mashed potatoes by Betty Crocker 2 Tbs butter1/2 cup skimOptional: 1/4 cup shredded cheesedallop of sour cream
Directions
Cook the mashed potatoes according to the instructions.

While that is cooking, through the 1st three ingredients in a pot and heat until the potatoes are done.

Place the potatoes in a serving bowl and pour sauce over it. Add garnishes (cheese and/or sour cream) as desired
