Impossible GF Asparagus-Mushroom Pie

Ingredients
2 cups fresh mushrooms1/3 c thinly sliced onions24 spears of asparagus, cut in 1 inch pieces1/4 c eggbeaters2/3 c gluten free Bisquick1/4 shredded 6 cheese blend2/3 c 2 percent milk2 tablespoons canola oil for sauté
Directions
Sauté mushrooms and onions in 2 T oil. Add aspargus (cut in 1 inch pieces) and cook a bit longer. Put vegetables in bottom of 10 glass pie pan. The glass part is important. Top with cheese. Combine egg, bisquick, and milk, pour over top. Baker at 400 degrees until golden brown and set (maybe 45 minutes).
