Pork "lo mein"

Ingredients
6 tbl reduced sodium soy sauce4 tsp cornstarch2 tsp sugar3 tbl rice vinegar1.25 cups unsalted chicken broth12-16 oz center cut boneless pork chops cut into thin strips1 tbl olive oil1/2 head of cabbage sliced thin1 med carrot grated1 bag of bean sprouts1 bunch green onions sliced thin5 scrambled eggs
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, vinegar, and broth. Add pork and toss to coat. Set aside to marinade for 10 minutes. Warm oil in skillet on med high. Add pork and marinade and stir fry until pork is no longer pink. Add cabbage and carrots and cook till wilted. Add scrambled eggs and 1/2 of green onions and toss.
