Ingredients
Hard Boiled Egg, 5 large *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise), 2 tbsp Cucumber (peeled), .25 cup, diced smallOnions, raw, 1 tbsp choppedPepper, black, 1 dash Salt, 1 dash Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet
Directions
Peel eggs, remove 3 of the 5 egg yolks and discard (or save for someone else, chop all eggs coarsely. Mix in remaining ingredients.

serve on one slice of bread, fold in half.

Serving Size: 5 half sandwiches (afternoon snack)
