Pretzel Bread Rolls

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups water1 egg yolk (room temperature4 Tbsp honey1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 1/2 cups bread flour1 1/2 tsp salt2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast1 egg white1 Tbsp water1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Combine first seven ingredients according to bread maker instructions. Use dough setting. When dough is complete, break into 12 equal servings and place on cookie sheet. Brush with water and egg white glaze. Sprinkle w/ salt. Cook at 375 for 20 minutes.
