Healthy Mac and Cheese

1 Med Onion6 Garlic cloves4 oz Barilla Elbows1/2 tsp dry mustardCayenne1 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese1/3 Non Fat Greek Yogurt1/8 cup bread crumbs
In a microwave bowl, cook the onion and garlic in a little water for 10 minutes. Then place in blender and make a puree, add water if necessary to make a thick puree
Cook the Macaroni according to package directions
Simmer onion puree, mustard powder, cayenne, salt and pepper (to taste). Add cheeses. After cheese is melted, remove from heat and add Greek yogurt, mix until creamy. Add cooked macaroni and mix thoroughly.
In a small baking dish sprayed with Pam, add macaroni and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
