Cheesy Chicken Noodle Bake

1 Can of Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Broccoli Soup6 oz. chopped boneless, skinless chicken breast1 diced Roma Tomato (or you may use a regular vine ripe tomato)1/2 Cup chopped onionBlack Pepper (to taste)1/3 box of Barilla Tri Color Rotini
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Pour into a 9x9 square glass baking dish (spray with cooking spray)
Bake for 25-30 minutes, let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
*If you wish, you may top with Low Fat shreeded cheese or crushed Ritz crackers (not counted in the nutritional information)
