India Potato Salad

Ingredients
6 medium potatoes(Yukon Gold) boil with skin on and cubed1/2 cup toasted seame seeds (unhulled) dry roasted and ground1 small purple onion slivered1 cup frozen peas1/2 bunch fresh corriander (cilantro) chopped1/2 tsp tumeric1 green chili (serrano pepper) finely chopped1 tsp salt1 tsp cayenne pepper1/2 tsp fenugreek heated in 1 tsp oil2 fresh squeezed limes1 fresh squeezed lemon1/2 cup water
Directions
Combine all ingredients, add liquids last. Let stand for at least 4 hours in refrigerator.
