Ingredients
6 eggs1C gruyere cheese1 C Cheddar7-10 slices bacaon cookedFr1/2 C French fried onions9 in pie crust, blind baked dash salt & pepper
Directions
Beat eggs, mix all ingredients. pour into pie crust that has been blind baked @ 375 degrees for 10 minutes and cooled. Bake @ 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes till set.
