Sausage & Sauerkraut Casserole

1 lb of lite Kielbasa or Turkey Kielbasa sliced and cooked and cooled4 cups of cooked and drained eggnoodles2 cans of drained suaerkraut2 cans of healthy request or 98 percent ff Cream of mushroom soup2 tsp caraway seeds (optional)1/4 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 350*. In a large bowl combine sausage, noodles, and sauerkraut. Add soup, seeds and pepper. Mix well to combine and pour into a 9x13 baking pan sprayed with pam. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncver and bake and additional 15.
Serving Size: makes about 8 1 cup servings- divide 8x13 pan into 8 equal servings
