Ingredients
8 eggs3 ripe bananas mashed1/2 cup coconut milk 1/2 cup xylitol1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 teaspoon almond extract1/2 cup coconut flour2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Blend
Eggs, bananas, xylitol, vanilla extract and almond extract in a bowl.
Add
Coconut flour, baking powder and walnuts

Pour into a loaf pan
Bake a 350F for 1 hour
