Crock Pot Vegetable soup

Ingredients
1.5 cups V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium1 can Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes1 cup fresh, rinsed Green Beans can of lima beans & red kidney beans, drained & rinsedZuccini - medium cut into 1 inch piecesCabbage, fresh, 1.5 cup, choppedGarlic, 2 cloves (crushed or pressed)1 tsp dry italian seasoningBay Leaf, 1 whole1 cup small Pasta (dry, high fiber)
Directions
Combine all ingredients except past in a slow cooker. Cook 6 to 8 hours on high, add pasta about 1 hour before you serve.
