Onion mushroom soup

Ingredients
chopped large white onion8 medium sliced mushrooms1" ginger root sliced3 cloves garlic choppedground pepper1 oz. Parmesan cheese
Directions
water saute garlic, add chopped onions and more water for translucent onion, add diced ginger root, add sliced mushrooms on medium 5minutes, turn down to low, simmer to reduce water..
sprinkle Parmesan cheese and grind pepper while in hot sauce pan. stir. serve hot in beautifully decorated ceramic bowl.
